This patch is a more comprehensive update to a prior version that is intended to address an issue that prevents both scanning over a network or with a USB connection after performing a Windows update. released an updated imageCLASS 32-bit & 64-bit Patch for Network Scan & USB Scan for Windows 8, 8.1 and 10. Since the update to Windows 8, 8.1 or 10, we have discovered many of our customers have been experiencing troubles scanning with some of our imageCLASS models whether connected via the network or USB after performing a Windows update.
